NOTE: Reporting to Professional Facility

All members must check with the Professional golf facility prior to using the course. The Professional staff will advise of the availability of the course and direct the member to an appropriate starting tee.

Note: Regular Course Reservations

Wednesdayfrom 8.00am to 10.30am or until Female Members in the competition of the day have cleared the first tee.

Thursday7.30am to 11.00am, or until Male Members in the competition of the day have cleared the first tee.

Categories and Associated rights.

a)Full Members (includes Pensioners)

Unrestricted use of the clubhouse.

Unrestricted use of the course, except when the course is reserved.

b) Five Day Members (includes Pensioners)

Unrestricted use of the clubhouse.

Unrestricted use of the course Monday to Friday inclusive, except when the course is reserved.

c) Student Members

(i) Student Members shall be persons under 21 years of age or who are full-time students at a tertiary institution or indentured as an apprentice with the Industrial Training Commission who, when elected, shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of the Club as an Ordinary Member.

(ii) The Board interprets that the term “full time student” implies your prime occupation involves full time study. – not part-time study as an add-on or adjunct to full-time paid employment. To continue in this category, current full-time student status must be presented on payment of fees (letter of proof from tertiary institution is required). A student card is not satisfactory proof of full-time student status.

(iii) Upon attaining 21 years of age (or ceasing to be a full-time student or apprentice) a Student Member may be elected to another category of membership if the Board thinks fit or on the member’s own application.  Provided however, that any member who has been a Student member for more than three years immediately preceding his application shall not be required to pay an entrance fee upon becoming an Ordinary, Six or Five Day Member.

d)Junior Members

Use of the clubhouse under the provisions of the Licensing Act.

Junior Members shall be persons under 18 years of age who, when elected to this category by the Board of Directors, shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Clubhouse and use of the course, subject to special conditions as may be determined by the Board of Directors through Club By-laws.

e) Social Members

Social Members shall be members of the club who when elected shall enjoy all the rights and privileges of the club except for the golf course playing facilities.
